Help to quit smoking - how much will you need? The
CDC, the Centers for Disease Control's website says that half
of those who try to quit smoking will fail. Without
qualifying what, if anything, they used to help quit smoking.
Actually what they say is "half of all adult smokers have
quit, so you can too". It's a positive slant - but
what about the other half who need more help to quit smoking?
Is it the half you'll be in? Is it the half you're
in now? (After trying and failing at least once - like the vast
majority of smokers?) If you're in this half where do you get
powerful enough help to quit smoking?
You'll learn here of studies - by the State of California, described
on the National Institutes of Health sites and more - that have
proven it's worse than that! And you'll learn
about a breakthrough
that helped a 20+ year smoker, who started in 4th grade, who failed
to quit more than a dozen times - finally quit smoking permently
and instantly - in other words "real help to quit smoking"!

How much help to quit smoking
are the "standard" ways to quit smoking?
Quit smoking tips, nicotine replacement aids - gum, patches,
etc; drugs, shots and herbs, hypnotism, laser therapy and
acupuncture.
How much do they really help to quit smoking? |
What are the "standard" ways to quit
smoking missing?
What's causes so many to fail - that hurts your chances to quit
so badly?
And how can you use that information to quit for good?
Every "standard" way to quit smoking tell's you over
and over they can "help" you quit smoking. Then go on
to say they'll "help" with the urges, desires, cravings,
emotional ups and downs, weight gain. But there still remains
the half who try to quit fail (says the CDC) - a lot more
says a number of studies.
One site sold a book that said you'd quit right away - but they
went on to give you a couple of free books with information to
"help you with the urges, desires, cravings, emotional ups
and downs, weight gain," and so on.
What real help to quit smoking is the book (or any other of the
"standard" ways to quit smoking mentioned above) if
you still have to struggle with the urges, desires, cravings,
emotional ups and downs & weight gain? Since
that's what drag's us back into the habit over and over.
Let's face it, if it wasn't for the urges, desires and cravings,
that cause the emotional ups and downs and make us snack to replace
the smoking habit - to pacify that urge, desire and craving -
if it wasn't for these three demons - then you could walk away
from cigarette smoking right now and never look back!
And if it wasn't for the urges, desires and cravings and uncomfortablness
of being without that smoking cigarette in so many familiar daily
situations - you wouldn't feel like it's important to be reading
this.
Everybody can put the cigarettes for days or weeks - it's keeping
them away that's the problem! Once I'd quit for a full month and
a stressful experience sucked me right back into the habit! You
know what I'm talking about.
It's the time after the first few days to few weeks that we need
help to stay quit smoking and help to stay away from cigarettes
- after all the nicotine's gone. With "standard" ways
to quit smoking what you need is - help to stay quit.
There is real help to quit smoking -
but it's not in your "standard" ways to quit smoking.
I'll tell you about a new method to help quit smoking, a quit
smoking breakthrough that totally destroyed a 20+ year long,
1-1/2 pack a day smoking habit. A new method that completely
elimated every urge and craving. But first let me tell you
about the unpublicized (hidden?) studies that you don't hear about.
The Centers for Disease Control's site say's of the standard
ways to quit smoking that "half of all adult smoker who try
to quit fail". Way too many of those who do succeed
relapse and start smoking again, months and even years after quitting.
Calling to mind again Mr. Peter Jennings the newscaster.
You'll remember Peter Jennings the newscaster who'd quit smoking
for years. Until the 9-11 disaster. He said the stress of that
caused him to relapse into smoking again after years of not smoking.
He died from lung cancer shortly afterwards.
But how true is it to say that half of all smokers have quit?
How many smokers do you know personally who've successfully
quit? How many smokers do you know who've successfully
"stayed" quit?
What about the studies that say up to 98% fail!
Smokers again in less than a year!
And how you can avoid being part of those dark statistics!
The Quit
Smoking Aids page goes into more detail but the bottom line
is this -
- You'll spend upwards of $120 to almost $500 a month depending
on your quit smoking aid.
- National Health Institutes sites tells us about a study where
126 people tried to quit a second time with nicotine replacement
therapy, gum, patches, etc. 98%
failed!
- PR Web release article headline "Are nicotine weaning
products a bad joke?" the article was about a study review
published in Tobacco Control that combined and averaged nicotine
replacement therapy studies - 93% of nicotine patch & gum
participants were smoking again within 6 months!
- A study of the California Tobacco Surveys of 1992, 1996 and
1999 concluded that nicotine replacement therapy's were "no
longer effective in increasing long-term successful cessation...".
(How could it go from effective to no longer effective? Was
it ever effective?)
- The National Institute on Drug Abuse site tells us "less
than 7 percent of smokers who try to quit achieve more than
1 year of abstinence...(and)...most smokers relapse within a
few days of attempting to quit."
So that's the problem. What's the answer?
Is there an answer? Is there real help to quit smoking?
Yes. Yes, there is.
This solution to the problem succeeded - even after failing to
quit more than a dozen times.
This solution was found after more than a decade of intense study
of self-improvement, motivational, hypnosis (it isn't hypnosis),
habit control and psychological liturature.
When the results of this decade of study was put to work - it
blew me away. It was totally unexpected.
More precisely it blew the smoking habit away - into nonexsistance.
This quit
smoking breakthrough.
It didn't make quitting smoking "easier"
- it didn't just "help" -
it totally destroyed, completely dissolved, and
absolutely eliminated my smoking habit - instantly!
- after smoking for 20+ years - having started smoking in 4th
grade elementary school,
- smoking at a pack and a half of cigarettes or more every day
for more than a decade,
- after trying and failing to quit smoking more than a dozen
times over several years,
- and while having little to no self-esteem because of failing
to quit smoking so many times,
With the help of this quit
smoking breakthrough - my smoking habit was simply gone - completely.
Imagine - your smoking habit gone - in an instant!
Imagine never having another craving, urge or even a thought
or consideration about smoking another cigarette.
Imagine how you would feel if you didn't have to worry about
smoking.
Imagine one morning crushing your last pack of cigarettes in
your hand and tossing them into the trash. Now imagine - the whole
day has passed and as you climb into bed that night you realize
- you didn't think about cigarettes or smoking even once
all day long!
Imagine the very triggers that would have you pulling
out that pack, scrambling for another drag -
- the aggravating situations or people you have to deal with
at work,
- at tensions that come up at home with your husband, wife,
or children,
- the thoughtless and inconsiderate drivers that make dealing
with traffic so annoying,-
- those times when you've always smoked a cigarette -
when concentrating, after a meal, with a drink, a beer or a
cup of coffee.
Now imagine after going through your very worst
day full of all those and more - having each scenario play itself
out with all it's aggravation - and you suddenly realize at the
end of the day - smoking never entered your mind! Not
even once!
Never mind that there weren't any urge's, or cravings, or emotional
trauma - you never even thought about smoking! Not a all!
That's what happens when you use the tool's you already own
along with the Quit
Smoking Breakthrough.
How much help to quit smoking would that be!
Imagine feeling like you've been a nonsmoker
your whole life!
Just moments after I threw away my last pack of cigarettes I
was hit with a rush of power and emotion so strong it made me
take a step back. Instantly every spec of anything that
had to do with me as a smoker was washed completely from me. Completely.
How completely? Let me put it this way...there has never
been a desire, not an urge, not the slightest craving, not a thought
or consideration to smoke another cigarette since that moment.
From that day 25+ years ago all the way through today. Like
I'd never picked up a cigarette even once in my entire life.
Even though I was regularly smoking nonfiltered Camel's, Pall
Mall's and Lucky Stricks from the 4th grade elemtary school!
The most important reason for you being here is to introduce
to you a completely different type of help to quit smoking. Introduce
you to a different way to approach the whole concept of quitting
smoking.
A new help to quit smoking that could totally change the percentages
