Is there a difference between "quitting cigarettes" and "becoming
a non-smoker"? This
is a very important distinction. But
what does this mean for you? How can
you put to work for you?

leave our bodies after our last cigarette.
But we continue to carry these burdens, these pleasant memories and
sensations, long after that 48 to 72 hours has long past. For many
of us years after!
